Personality DevelopmentStudents need to develop self-confidence. Success comes to those who believe in themselves. A good personality is essential for any kind of growth, personal or professional. We wish to lay the foundation on which students can develop their personality and achieve self-confidence.There are various skills, which need to be inculcated in order to achieve a good personality, for example: · Assertiveness · Communication skills · Leadership qualities · Public speaking skills · Social skills Our endeavor is to help a student develop at least some of these qualities, if not all of them. With the right guidance, a student will be able to hone their innate skills in better way. We intend to hold seminars and workshops for students under the able guidance of eminent personalities. These seminars will be open to all students. Students may be required to actively participate in the group discussions or other organized events, in order to give them maximum benefit of the coaching provided. Students will be required to register in advance for these programs, as limited seats are available. A nominal registration fee may be applicable for certain seminars and workshops.
