Career GuidanceHAEA strives to provide the right career guidance to the right people at the right time. Our aim is to provide the right inputs to students when they are making major career choices. These decisions affect the rest of the student’s life. There is also a need to address problems that a student may face after they have embarked on a career of their choice.Sometimes a student opts for an engineering career when he or she could have been a brilliant artist. Often a student performs brilliantly in an examination but makes a poor impression in a personal interview. These are just two examples of the various issues plaguing young aspirants today. While we do not claim to address all problems, we certainly try to address a few. We intend to hold workshops for the following programs: · Resume writing · Interview Skills · Group Discussion Skills · Aptitude Tests · Presentation Skills The idea is to provide students with a certain amount of handholding when they are likely to face pressure situations. These programs provide the actual know-how that is crucial when making major career choices. |
